best costume contest

i will judge the best costume contest
the costume can be any nonpattern clothing/accesory/headgear/mask/other clothing

i will judge it (that means i can't participate V.V)
contest winners will be announced at the 1st of every moth and will close on the second to last day of the month

judging will be done in towns, no pics!

also you can use a tagline (little quote for the costume) as long as it fits in a single word bubble

also i will permit the use of anything that you can hold in your hands except bugs and fish and edible items
